Orders from Fumaz are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times depend on your location—domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, while international orders may take 10–20 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, Fumaz offers free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location to ensure accurate and reliable delivery.

  

 Can I update my address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t entered production yet, you can request an address change by contacting our support team immediately. Once printing begins, we’re unable to modify the shipping details.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team. We’ll help track your order and coordinate with the carrier. In case the package is confirmed lost, we’ll issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.
