Fumaz is an online-only store providing custom-printed apparel and accessories. By purchasing from Fumaz, you agree to these terms and all applicable European consumer protection laws.

2. Order Processing

All products are made-to-order. Orders typically enter production within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in U.S Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes (VAT) where required by US regulations.

4. Payments

Fumaz accepts secure payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Full payment is required at checkout before production begins.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across USA, Europe and internationally. Estimated shipping times vary by region and will be shown at checkout. Fumaz is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unwashed items in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 6–12 business days after inspection of returned goods.

7. Product Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy in product images and descriptions, slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to digital printing methods.

8. Intellectual Property

All Fumaz designs, logos, and content are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.
